1 jar pasta sauce
1-1/2 cups water
1 (15 oz.) carton ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
8 oz. uncooked mostaccioli
Combine sauce, water ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Stir in the uncooked pasta. Spoon into 9x13 inch pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 55 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes to cool. Makes 8 servings.

Thanks for the wonderful blog! I just visited for the first time and really enjoyed having a recipe to compare my no boil mostoccioli recipe to...I am making it for 200 and wanted to convert to a larger pan, just comparing with yours gave me a good idea of how to do that.
